How Restore Purchases Works
- Purchases are linked to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android).
- Restore re-checks your purchase status and re-enables entitlements on this device.
- No additional payment is required.
When You Should Restore
- You reinstalled the App
- You changed devices
- Premium features appear locked after sign-in
Limitations
- Restores require using the same Store account used for purchase.
- iOS purchases cannot be restored on Android and vice versa.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm you are signed into the correct Apple ID / Google account.
- Verify the subscription is active in Store subscription settings.
- Restart the App and try Restore again.
