Elite Habits: Habit Tracker (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data on our servers. All information you create inside the app stays locally on your device and remains under your control.

Information We Do Not Collect

No names, emails, or personal identifiers are collected by us.
No analytics, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking.
No contacts, health data, precise location, or photos are collected by us.

Local Storage & Backups

Your habits, progress, and settings are saved only on your device using secure local storage. You may choose to export a manual backup file and save it in a location you control (e.g., iCloud Drive, Files app, Google Drive). We do not have access to your backups.

Purchases & Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Apple’s In‑App Purchase system. We use RevenueCat solely to validate purchases and manage subscription status; this may involve anonymized transaction data handled under their policy.

Your Control

You can delete app data at any time from your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
You can delete any backup files you created in your chosen storage.

The app is not directed to children under the age required by local law without parental consent.
